Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an on site unannounced revisit completed on January 12, 2023, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia End Stage Renal Dialysis Facility had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494.100, Subpart C, Conditions for Coverage - Care At Home. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey started on December 16, 2022 and completed on December 21, 2022.
